	Vinny Guadagna vinnyg@unitedpmr.com 1-800-999-FINE Coordinator at United (the position that he is at today). Most of United's sales team started their careers in the production department, which we believe is an outstanding method of learning about our products and services. You can be sure if you call Vinny for information, he will be able to help you. Vinny is an avid baseball fan and loves the New York Yankees. At one time Vinny was a fairly good baseball player himself, he was the starting third baseman for his college team (Canisius College, Buffalo, NY).
	Angelo Lorenzo stickl@unitedpmr.com 1-800-999-FINE Angelo "Stick" Lorenzo has over twenty years in our industry. Stick's industry experience includes manufacturing wire and sheet products and managing a casting department. Because of his knowledge in manufacturing, he truly understands the intricacies of what product to use under what conditions. Please call him, he will help you!
	Dave Siminski daves@unitedpmr.com 1-800-999-FINE Dave Siminski started with United in 1994 picking up refining at customers sites. United soon discovered that Dave began to understand our industry at a surprisingly fast rate and was soon promoted to sales representative. Our customers know when they call Dave, they will get the best service the industry has to offer. Dave concentrates on customer service and our customers are extremely happy with his efforts. Dave interests outside of work include hockey and following the stock market. Dave is currently a hockey coach for a local junior hockey team.
	Dave Zimmer davez@unitedpmr.com 1-800-999-FINE Dave started in the precious metal products and refining business in 1984 within the production department, where he obtained a working knowledge of both the product and refining areas of our industry. He is a helpful resource to assist customers with picking the right products and services to satisfy their needs. When Dave is not at work helping customers he is a firefighter with the West Seneca Volunteer Fire Department, District No. 6.
	Karen Love love@unitedpmr.com 1-800-999-FINE Karen was introduced into the precious metal industry in 1990. Starting mainly in refining sales she soon expanded her knowledge to the product area (casting grain, solder, wire, and alloy). Courteous service and customer satisfaction have always been her top priority. In her spare time Karen enjoys cooking, gardening, swimming, bowling, and arts & crafts.
	Lisa Ludwig lisal@unitedpmr.com 1-800-999-FINE x 125 Lisa started with United in 2002 and has been a great asset to our sales and customer service staff. Lisa has excellent communication skills in addition to her vast knowledge of our products and refining services. Lisa's main responsibilities are to contact customers with refining settlements, supporting the outside sales team, arranging refining pick -ups, and attending the Mid-West and Columbus Jewelry trade shows. People like Lisa are why United is considered "Simply the Best" company to work with in our industry.
	Kamal Lalvani kamal@unitedpmr.com 1-800-999-3463 x 174 Kamal has over 9 years of international industry experience dealing with alloys, equipment tools and supplies. He has worked extensively with manufacturers of repute and has developed excellent skills. He has the ability to recognize problems, analyze them and resolve issues on the shop floor and also guide customers on products to be used. Anna speaks fluent Spanish and has been a great asset to United by translating technical sheets and representing United at the Mexico trade shows. Anna has been recently promoted to inside sales and over sees all international transactions.
